PacketLife.net – A nice networking website to follow

Last year I follow the website PacketLife.net. This website is about networking. The site owner is Jeremy Stretch and all the articles are posted by him.

In this website you can find a lot of interesting articles and material in sections like Wiki, Forum, Armory, Library, Toolbox and Bookshelf where it is obvius about their content.

The most interesting section of the website is the Lab. The lab is a place in Jeremy’s house, actually is the Jeremy’s basement where there are a lot of routers, switches and other network devices mainly made by Cisco.

The networking devices are connected in a such way that implements several topology architectures and services.

This equipment is waiting for you to reserve time and “play” with it, make tests, make several configurations from your couch. And it comes even better because the use of all these expensive equipment is free of charge. Yes, FREE OF CHARGE!!!

The only thing you have to do is to be registered (which is free of charge, too) and make a reservation at the lab community. Of course all this requires you to comply with the lab regulations.

Go ahead and do it, specially if you are studying CCNA exams.
